5. Prerequisites for immigration (§21 AufenthG)

Owner and CEO of the above mentioned company may apply for immigration according to §21 AufenthG, permitting them conducting the business directly in their company. This issue must be proven and justified. Usally applicant has to submit a business plan, documenting business purpose, financial capital and prognosis, implications on German economy, employment and welfare.
